how can i download my itunes music for ringtones

well i cant seem to download my ITunes music so it can play as my ringtone and i downloaded a bunch of ringtone apps and it all involves me downloading itunes on my computer and my computer wont dowload Itunes so i would really like some help please

iPhone 6s, Windows 10, Lenova

Correct,

You have to create a ringtone on your computer or buy one from your iPhone.

Why, exactly, won't your computer download iTunes?
